History of Grama Panchayat
History of Grama Panchayat Manjoor is a historically significant village and Grama Panchayat located in the northern part of Kottayam district, Kerala. It is situated between Kuravilangad and Kaduthuruthy. Maanjoor has developed into a major agricultural region in Central Travancore. Traditionally, paddy cultivation, coconut farming, rubber plantations, and small-scale trade have been the primary sources of livelihood here.
