He was born on May 31, 1973, as the eleventh child of Mr. V. M. George Vettikkattuparambil and Mrs. Thresyamma George. After completing his primary education at Manjoor Government L.P. School, he finished his high school education at NSS High School. Subsequently, he completed his Pre-Degree course at K.E. College, Mannanam, and his undergraduate studies at Devaswom Board College, Thalayolaparambu.
He began his political activities while studying at Manjoor V.K.V.M. N.S. High School. He was an active participant in KSU activities throughout his school days. During his undergraduate studies, he was elected as a University Union Councillor twice. He contested for the post of University Chairman in 1994 but was unsuccessful.
He was elected as a board member of the Manjoor Service Cooperative Bank in 1995. He served continuously as a board member from 1995 to 2022 and also served as the bank's president for two years. He served as a governing body member of the Kaduthuruthy Urban Bank starting in 2009 and was elected as the Urban Bank's Chairman in 2022.
n 2000, [he/she] was elected as a member of the Manjoor Grama Panchayat governing council. [He/She] also served as Vice President during the 2000–2005 and 2010–2015 terms. [He/She] was re-elected to the governing council for the 2015–2020 term and served as Panchayat President from 2018 until December 2020.

In 2021, [he/she] was elected as a governing council member in the by-election for Ward 12.
Subsequently, he was elected as a member from Ward 17 and as Panchayat President in 2025, and he is currently serving as the President of Manjoor Grama Panchayat.
